Disse bruksvilkårene gjelder når du som bruker logger inn på vår Eduhouse.no-tjenesten. Ved å bruke tjenesten forplikter du å overholde disse bruksvilkårene. 

Tjenestebruk og tilgangsrettigheter 

Din tilgang til tjenesten er personlig. Du har ikke lov til å dele brukerinformasjonen din med noen tredjeparter. 

Vi forbeholder oss retten til å nekte deg tilgang til tjenesten i tilfeller av misbruk eller andre situasjoner der tilgangsbegrensninger er avtalt med din organisasjon med abonnement. 

Immaterielle rettigheter 

Alle rettigheter til tjenesten og dens innhold tilhører oss, og vi gir deg rett til å bruke dem kun for utvikling av din egen kompetanse. Du kan ikke kopiere, overføre eller distribuere innholdet i tjenesten eller noen del av den i noen annen form enn tillatt av funksjonene i tjenesten. 

Vi gir deg ikke rett til å bruke navnene, logoene, domenenavnene eller andre merkerelaterte navn eller identifikatorer til våre selskaper eller tjenesten. 

Service og servicenivå 

Vi har rett til å gjøre bransjestandard endringer i tjenesten vår og dens innhold. Vi forbeholder oss retten til, etter eget skjønn, å kansellere, overføre eller fjerne kurs fra våre kurstilbud. 

Vi streber etter å holde tjenesten kontinuerlig tilgjengelig, men vi kan avbryte bruken av tjenesten eller endre dens innhold, tilgjengelighet og andre funksjoner når vi finner det nødvendig. 

Vi kan ikke garantere at tjenesten vil fungere uten forstyrrelser eller avbrudd. Vi er ikke ansvarlige for eventuelle skader som følge av mulig tap, forsvinning eller ødeleggelse av data. Vi kan heller ikke påvirke hvordan tele- og internettleverandøren eller andre tredjeparter som påvirker bruken av tjenesten yter sine egne tjenester. Vi vil informere deg på forhånd om vedlikehold og nedetid etter beste evne. Vi har alltid som mål å fikse eventuelle feil eller forstyrrelser i tjenesten så raskt som mulig. 

Vi kan heller ikke verifisere nøyaktigheten eller aktualiteten til alt innhold innenfor tjenestens omfang, og vi kan heller ikke vurdere tjenestens egnethet for dine formål. Vi fraskriver oss alle garantier angående nøyaktigheten og egnetheten til informasjonen som gis i tjenesten, og vi ekskluderer uttrykkelig garantier for nøyaktigheten og egnetheten til informasjonen for et bestemt formål. Vi vil gjøre vårt beste for å rette opp eventuelle feil i tjenesten eller dens innhold umiddelbart etter at vi blir oppmerksomme på dem. 

I alle situasjoner er vårt ansvar overfor deg begrenset til maksimalt 1000 euro per brudd. Vi er ikke ansvarlige for indirekte skader. 

Endringer 

Vi kan oppdatere disse vilkårene for bruk. Endringer trer i kraft umiddelbart etter publisering på disse sidene.

These Terms of Service ("Terms of Use") are applied, when you sign up to app.eduhouse.fi service. By using the service ("Service"), you accept the Terms of Use. As regards the use of the service, these Terms of Use constitute a binding agreement between you and our company Eduhouse AS.

We have right at our own discretion restrict your or your organization’s access to the Service in full or in part for any reason with or without notice and as for as long as necessary, but in particular if we discover that you violate these Terms of Use or act in an unlawful manner. 

Intellectual Property Rights

This Service and its content ("Content") has been developed by us, and all related rights belong to us, to our affiliates or third parties. Unauthorized reproduction, adaptation, reverse engineering, or modification is prohibited. 

All the rights to the Service and its Content, like online course materials, belong to us. We grant  you the right to use the Service only for non-commercial purposes (personal learning and studying). We do not grant any other usage rights to you. You do not have right to copy, transfer or distribute the Content or parts of it in any form, except for saving and downloading Content to your end-device. When you use Content, please refer to the author of original work (e.g. instructor’s name) and mention the source.

Our Service and its Content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Nothing gives you a right to use our or our affiliate companies' name or any of our trademarks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features.

Service Level

We are entitled to unilaterally make ongoing changes and updates to the Content, scope, productization and technical features of the Service without prior notice. For example we can, at our discretion, remove, interrupt, cancel or postpone any courses available at the Service. 

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service operational.  However, we cannot guarantee you uninterrupted use or control how the provider of telecom and internet access or any other third party affecting the use of Service provide their own service. We have the right to suspend the provision of the Service for any reason, such as due to installation, modification or maintenance work, a security threat or authorities’ requirements.  If we need to limit the use of Service for technical reasons, we seek to inform you of such suspension on a timely basis and ensure that the necessary technical maintenance and other such measures are carried out promptly. 

You use the Service at your own discretion and risk. We do not give any warranties that Content is free of errors or that the information provided in the Service is suitable for any specific purpose. We are not liable for any disruption or loss that you may suffer as a result.  We are not responsible for any costs, losses or damages that may arise from the alteration, interruption or termination of the Service or its Content. We are either not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the loss, destruction or mutation of data, unless otherwise stated in the privacy policy.We strive to promptly correct any errors in the Service or its Content as soon as they come to our attention.

Our liability in all cases is limited to direct costs. We are not liable to you for indirect damages, such as lost revenue or profit, or damaged reputation. 

Other terms

These Terms of Use are governed by Norwegian law, except for its choice of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to the use and terms of use shall be submitted to the Oslo District Court for resolution.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use. Changes will become effective upon their publication on this page. By continuing to use the Service, you accept the changes.
